Legal
Code of Conduct
In effect from October 15, 2026. Run by Averrion. Questions: support@averrion.com
The short version
- Play fair, be decent, keep it legal.
- Report problems with /report in the game or at report@averrion.com.
- Break the rules and you may be muted, lose items, or lose your account.
The short version helps you read the rest; the full text below is what applies.
1.Play fair
- No cheats, hacks, bots, macros that play for you, or modified clients that give you an advantage.
- No exploiting bugs. If you find one (duplicating items, getting somewhere you shouldn't, breaking the economy), report it instead of using it. Reporting bugs helps everyone and may earn our thanks.
- No attacking, overloading or interfering with our servers, or anyone else's connection.
- No getting around a ban, mute or suspension with another account.
2.Be decent
- No harassment, threats, bullying or stalking.
- No hate speech or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexuality, disability or similar.
- No sexual content involving minors, ever. We report it to the authorities.
- No sexually explicit, graphic or shocking content in chat or names.
- No spam, flooding, or advertising other games, services or sites.
- No pretending to be staff, a moderator, or another player.
- No sharing other people's personal information.
3.Trading
Trade inside the game using the trade window, which locks and seals both offers so nobody can swap something at the last moment. Scamming other players, and selling or buying items, gold, characters, accounts or "boosting" for real money, aren't allowed.
4.Names
Character and lobby names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate someone. We can rename or remove them.
5.What happens if you break the rules
Depending on how serious it is and whether it keeps happening: a warning, a chat mute, removing items, gold or characters, resetting progress, removal from leaderboards, or a temporary or permanent ban. Serious cases (cheating at scale, threats, illegal content) can mean a permanent ban the first time.
If you think a decision was wrong, write to support@averrion.com from your account email. We'll take another look.
