Advertising Policy

1.In the game

The game you buy has no third-party advertising, and we won't add any. We may tell you about our own updates, expansions, seasons and events inside the game and the launcher, for example on the loading screen or in patch notes.

If we ever offer a free version or a free demo, it may promote the full game.

2.On the site

averrion.com shows our partner, Lich Souls Gaming, the community the game started in. We may add other partners, sponsors or creators. Paid or partner placements are labeled as such.

We don't show third-party ads on the site today. If we ever do: they'll be clearly marked as ads; we won't give advertisers your personal information; ads that rely on cookies or tracking will only appear after you agree where the law requires; and you'll be able to opt out.

3.What we won't promote

We won't accept advertising or sponsorship for: gambling or betting, real-money trading of game items or accounts, cheats or bots, adult content, tobacco, alcohol or drugs, weapons, political or issue campaigns, scams, or anything illegal or misleading. We don't target advertising at children.

4.Creators and sponsorships

If we work with streamers or creators, they must disclose the relationship clearly, as the law and platforms require (for example "sponsored" or "#ad"). If we give someone free access or items, we expect honest opinions.

5.Emails

We only send promotional emails if you agree to get them, and every one has a way to unsubscribe. Account emails (receipts, security, important changes) aren't ads.
